TranscendenceOld Mrs. Lee lived in the house next-door to my own. Judging from the last time I saw her, she would not be living next-door for long. The poor old lady was ravaged by cancer of the lungs – which struck me as deeply ironic. Old Mrs. Lee never smoked in all her life. Why, in the greater part of her life, she didn’t even have enough money for a decent meal – let alone a cigarette. Old Mr. Lee is a notorious character in our little community – a near fictional person that no one younger than forty ever saw or knew. Forty years – that was how long Scumbag Lee had deserted poor Mrs. Lee, leaving her to fend and feed for their four children all on Transcendence

1. Project Psychopomp - I've finished writing The Crone of Carrion Copse. Sketch is awaiting completion. Added frame.

2. My Island - Title may be subjected to changes. Illustration for a poem I wrote. Practice for drawing animals and background.

3. A Tribute to Bill Watterson's Calvin n' Hobbes - Best comic strips in the world. Inspired after checking out the Calvin n' Hobbes fanarts on deviantArt.com

As soon as my Year One Block Exams are over and done with tomorrow, I'll resume work!

Nah, seriously, I was browsing thru your deviations, and I'm impressed by your writings and your artwork. Certainly reminded me of the time when I used to read a lot of story books when I was a kid. Some of your words left me dumbfounded. I should read more heheh.

I like your pencil style as well, particularly because of your passion for intricate details. Good luck with learning how to colour them in Photoshop, though I think minimal colours would do justice to your drawings.

Anyway, keep it up. Both, with your writings and your drawings.
